Tom Hingley is the singer of madchester outfit The Inspiral Carpets who is no stranger to BOMfest as he with The Lovers headlined the first ever outdoor BOMfest at the Old pit top on Oaks lane (Good days).

Tom has now developed a crackin acoustic set which he tours regularly at some of the smaller venues around the U.K.  and as he has always been a peoples bloke you can gaurentee he will be chatting to some die hard Inspirals fan in the corner of a venue.
