It all starts in the early 70's when the Here and Now fetus was forming in the environment that some have proclaimed to be the counter culture movement of psychedelia, love and free thinking.  I was told of Here and Now years ago by a hippy with a, lets say wide range of music and at the time i was only just starting to get into bands like Pink Floyd and Hawkwind.

For those of you who have not heard of the band and dont particularly care about credibility and longevity then maybe Here and Now are not the band for you.  If youve been into Hawkwind, Caravan, Stevie Winwood, Gong, Ozric Tentacles, Eat static or remember the Stonehenge free festivals you may know who Here and Now are and im sure youll be coming to the gig.
